When I work for you, I conduct a Needs analysis which will be followed by a content plan focused on specific goals and pricing. Once an agreement has been reached and the first installment paid, I will move into the design phase.

During the Concept Design, I take time to know your audience and devise ways to reach out to them. You partner with me every step of the way. Your project document will include the health, scope, schedule, risks, and quality for the project. It will also detail needs that must be met and the targets that must be hit.
